- Dedicated appointment time: Your visit is reserved just for you. We don’t double-book or rush exams; our doctors take the time to listen, understand your symptoms, and create a treatment plan you’re comfortable with.
- Arrive early for your first visit: Please come 20 minutes early to complete paperwork, or save time by printing and filling out the forms in advance.
- Streamlined records: We use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to make your experience efficient. After your first visit, little or no additional paperwork will be needed.
- Respect for your time: We strive to stay on schedule each day. If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know.
- No-shows will incur a $50 fee.
- If you’re delayed, call us—significant delays may require rescheduling.
- Flexibility when needed: We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you have a special circumstance, contact our office manager for assistance.
